Return Policies

Retail Return Policy

Retail returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of purchase and require a return authorization. Returned items may not be worn or altered. 

To obtain a return authorization please contact us via email at Heidi@ShopSugar.com or call 941-586-3220.  At the time of authorization we will provide you with the mailing address for the return. 

All packages must be insured by the sender.  If a package is lost or damaged and has not been insured or packaged safely by the sender the entity known as Heidi Brueggeman DBA Sugar is not responsible. 

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment from Sugar please save ALL packaging that the damaged item arrived in as well as any packing materials and the damaged item(s).  Contact us immediately, with photos if possible, at Heidi@ShopSugar.com or call 941-586-3220.

You may be required to return all of the packaging (box or envelope), packing materials, and items to Sugar, UPS or USPS in order for us to make an insurance claim.  If boxes, envelopes, etc. are thrown away we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

 

Wholesale Return Policy

Items purchased from the website as "immediates"* may be exchanged or returned within 10 days, and all above (Retail Returns) circumstances apply.

Items purchased on "special order"** for delivery may only be returned for specific reasons.  Please contact us ASAP with any problems you encounter with your delivery, we will certainly work with you to resolve any issues. 

Immediates = items found online and in stock and purchased for immediate delivery.

Special Order = items purchased in greater quantity than available online, custom color combinations, and/or requested future delivery dates exceeding 14 days from time of order placement. 

Repairs

We do our very best to create quality pieces for our clients and accounts.  If your Sugar jewelry item breaks please contact us via email at Heidi@ShopSugar.com.  Please include photos of the damage as it is very helpful in determining the reason for the problem.

We want you to be happy with your jewelry and hope that it has a very long life!  Therefore we will work with you to solve the problem and repair your Sugar jewelry.
